Student accommodation available

Looking forward for a replacement tenant
The accommodation is at The Old Fire Station (Canvas) adjacent to Aston University till 21 July 2024. The apartment is shared with 5 female students including me. The rent is 169/week including bills. Partly payment can be agreed where £600 to be paid and the remaining £148 for 4 months can be paid monthly after the takeover of the agreement. The bedrooms are individual rooms and the kitchen and bathroom is shared (there are two bathrooms, one in lower and other in upper floor). Free Wi-Fi 24 hours, social space, gym, laundry including dryer.
