Hello I’m looking for a replacement tenant. It’s at Hamstead Campus (around an 11m drive to Aston), it’s £115 per week for a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. Comes with a free Bus pass for the year and Gym aswell. They have a football pitch and badminton court too. Dates are 11 September 2025 - 15 July 2026.
