Bright and comfortable ensuite room available in Mary Sturge Residence, right on Aston University campus. Student-only accommodation. It is a spacious double room (3/4 bed) with plenty of storage, a large desk, heating, and good natural light. The flat is shared with 4 other Aston students and includes a fully equipped shared kitchen and living area. Rent: £174 per week (all bills + Wi-Fi included) Available from: Immediately Contract ends: 4 September 2025 Location: On campus, 5-minute walk from Birmingham City Centre Facilities: 24/7 security, laundry room, study rooms, fully equipped kitchen (utensils + appliances), bedding (duvet, pillows, sheets) included.
