Hi everyone, I am looking for a student to takeover my tenancy at Onyx Apartments. It is a modern accommodation perfectly located for Aston University, Birmingham City University, and University of Law students as it is just 5-10 mins walk from these universities. It is available from 03/01/2026 until 29/08/2026. It is a classic en-suite room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen with modern facilities, and the building has a free on-site gym, study rooms, games area, cinema room, and a roof terrace. The price is 179 pw (bills inclusive). The process is official and safe as transfer will be handled directly through the Onyx accommodation management team.
